The location was lit - just a short walk to the epic medieval castle. We had a blast exploring the ramparts and feeling like warriors. The flat was super dope and had everything we needed. The host was chill and always available. We'd totally come back and have another amazing adventure in Carcassonne.

The only thing we wished for was a sick rooftop terrace to chill and party with our squad. It would've taken our stay to the next level and added some extra hype to our lit vacation.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Carcassonne. My purpose was to explore the historic Cite, and this hotel was perfectly located for that. The amenities were top-notch and the comfort of the room made for a relaxing stay. One highlight was the delicious breakfast provided each morning. Another bonus was having access to Netflix in English. The host was lovely and always available if needed. Plus, the thoughtful provisions such as milk, butter, jam, and coffee made me feel at home. Just remember to bring comfortable walking shoes for exploring the Cite, and note that the local supermarket is closed on Mondays.

Fantastic Location: Chez Jon is perfectly situated just a 5-minute stroll away from the medieval city. It's like having a hot croissant within arm's reach when you wake up in the morning.

Language Barrier: Unfortunately, the host had no English, and we didn't speak French or Spanish. Connecting beforehand was akin to deciphering an ancient hieroglyphic code.
